At Reclaiming Civility, we know you want to develop the skills to engage in meaningful conversations, bridge divides, and create positive interactions in your personal, professional, and civic life
In order to do that, you need the skills to engage in meaningful conversations, navigate difficult discussions, and foster mutual respect in your workplace, personal relationships, and community.
The problem is polarization, estrangement, and a decline in interpersonalskills are making it harder to communicate effectively which makes you anxious about interactions, unsure how to express your opinions, and disconnected from those around you.
