Understand

We live in unprecedented times. Alongside the ability to connect to anyone, anywhere, anytime, we are experiencing loneliness, social anxiety and divisiveness like never before. It would appear we are at a breaking point and cannot sustain this as a country or community or even within friend circles and families. The good news is, there is a movement of people who are weary of this and are longing to reclaim the civility that we once experienced and long to experience again. Understanding is the beginning of our solution to our civility problem.

Cultivate

Reclaiming a culture of civility is possible but it starts with each one of us as individuals. We can’t change the whole world but we can change ourselves, and inspire like-minded people to move this change forward. We are seeing it happen before our eyes and it is only just beginning!

Develop

We believe that because human beings are relational at their core, there is a need for meaningful connection which we often undermine unintentionally through lack of self awareness and others awareness. But the good news is that we can learn and grow. Because of neuroplasticity —the brain’s ability to develop new pathways—  we can learn new habits of relating to ourselves and others while remaining consistent to our values. Because we have experienced transformation and growth, we  are committed to helping people develop these skills.
